Where Money Goes

Money raised by your participation in this year’s Walk with Israel will benefit the children of Bat Yam*.

Situated on the Mediterranean Sea, South of Tel Aviv, Bat Yam has been plagued with severe unemployment, poor living conditions and an educational system that faces many challenges. This Israeli city contains a high population of Ethiopian immigrants striving to integrate into Israeli society.

Through your participation in the UJA Walk With Israel, this community will be supported, nurtured and given a chance for a brighter future.

* Proceeds raised through UJA's Walk with Israel will be allocated through United Israel Appeal Canada to projects in the Israeli city of Bat Yam to improve the lives of its citizens.
